What we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us:

• Consultation requests (contact page): your name, company, business email, contact number, country, industry, travel requirements, estimated travel frequency and any additional information you type.
• Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages you send to the contact details on this site.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers, and does not ask you to create an account.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a travel-management proposal, to contact you about the services you asked about, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only where needed to deliver what you asked for (for example, with our suppliers or technology providers acting on our instructions) or where the law requires. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) delivers this website and may process technical data such as IP addresses to do so.

Links to other services

This site links to external services, including our online booking tool and travel-request pages, WhatsApp, social media and Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting business relationship, and for the period the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information (such as passport or payment-card numbers) through the enquiry form.

Your rights under POPIA

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop using it for a purpose, and you may object to its processing. Contact us at support@travmanco.co.za. If you are unhappy with how we handle your request you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
